If he looks familiar to you, it could be that you recognize him from WKRC-TV Local 12 where he worked 8 years as a television news journalist and sports anchor. In fact, it was while covering news stories for Channel 12 that he witnessed not only the callousness of elder abuse, but also the heartbreaking consequences that arise when dementia takes hold of a senior before the family can become equipped to deal with the long term care crisis. Ultimately, these experiences inspired Dennison to pursue his career in Elder Law.

Charlotte Pieples, RN
Medicare Specialist
Charlotte Pieples is one of the foremost experts on Medicare in the tri-state. She is the Hamilton County Coordinator for the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP). For the past decade she served as Administrator of Community Resources and Information for the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio. In both roles she has provided resources and knowledge for older adults and disabled individuals. She has helped them understand their Medicare benefits and options, and assisted them in resolving Medicare problems. She frequently lectures throughout the tri-state on Medicare issues.
Charlotte is also a Registered Nurse, working close to three decades in various nursing roles such as hospital head nurse, visit nurse, nurse manager, and eventually as owner/administrator of a Medicare certified home health agency.
Charlotte is active in Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish as a Stephen Minister and a member of the Health Commission.
She feels joining the Life Care Planning team in the Law Practice of Dennison Keller, LLC is a continuation of the philosophy that has been at the core of her last ten years at the Council on Aging; to promote and maintain independence for older adults as long as possible, and to assist them and their families in navigating the long-term care maze to find needed services. Instead of providing a single service, Life Care Planning allows the law firm to serve the client as a whole individual, addressing legal, health care and long-term care needs. The result is that the individual and family are able to maintain quality of life and peace of mind.
